Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted conventionally

Method

  • Blend flour, salt and pepper into mayonnaise; gradually add milk.
  • Heat, uncovered, on Roast for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Add cheese and heat, uncovered, on Roast for approximately 1 1/2 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Add onion, pimiento, ham and eggs.
  • Heat, uncovered, on Roast for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated to 140°.
  • Serve on muffins.
