Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 9 sq. sweet chocolate (half a 4 oz. pkg.)
- 1 (3-inch) piece stick cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. instant Espresso
- 1/2 c. cream for whipping
- ground cinnamon
Method
- Combine water, chocolate, cinnamon stick and sugar in saucepan.
- Heat slowly, stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Stir in coffee until dissolved.
- Discard cinnamon stick.
