Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 6 ham slices
- 6 slices cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
Method
- Combine Bisquick, oil and milk and beat until stiff.
- Press into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine mayo and mustard. Spread over dough.
- Place ham slices over dough.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Arrange cheese slices on top and return to oven until cheese bubbles.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Cut in squares.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
