Ingredients
- 1 pkg. quick rising yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. scalded milk
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water with 1 teaspoon of sugar; set aside. Heat milk.
- Add cold water to cool.
- Set aside.
- Mix all ingredients together and let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
