Ingredients

  • 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez(R))
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 fluid ounces spiced rum (such as Captain Morgan's(R))
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  • Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, spiced rum, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender; you may need to do this in batches. Blend until thoroughly combined.
