Ingredients
- 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez(R))
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 fluid ounces spiced rum (such as Captain Morgan's(R))
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
- Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, spiced rum, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender; you may need to do this in batches. Blend until thoroughly combined.
