Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh chopped spinach leaves
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cups lentils cooked or canned without added salt
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels
  • 4 kiwis
  • 24 fl oz fat-free milk

Method

  • Toss spinach, greens, tomatoes and lentils with dressing.
  • Divide evenly among 4 plates.
  • Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp.
  • sunflower kernels.
  • Enjoy 1 kiwi with each salad.
  • Serve a 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) glass of milk per serving with meal.
