Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can Hormel hot chili with beans (15 oz.)
- 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 3 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium size onion, diced
- 1 green pepper without seeds, diced
- 3 tsp. salt
- chili powder to taste (optional)
Method
- In big skillet, fry hamburger, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper until hamburger is brown.
- Drain excess oil.
- Add Hormel hot chili with beans.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Let simmer 10 minutes on low heat.
- If too much for skillet, let simmer in a pot.
- Makes 4 servings.
