Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat
  • fresh parsley sprigs

Method

  • Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Shape cheese mixture into 1-inch thick circle on a platter. Combine chili sauce and horseradish; pour over cheese round.
  • Top with crabmeat; garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with crackers.
  • Yields 10 servings.
