- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat
- fresh parsley sprigs
Method
- Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Shape cheese mixture into 1-inch thick circle on a platter. Combine chili sauce and horseradish; pour over cheese round.
- Top with crabmeat; garnish with parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
- Yields 10 servings.
