Ingredients
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cream cheese should be cut into 1/2-inch squares and softened)
- desired fruit topping
Method
- Blend milk, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high for 15 seconds.
- Add softened cream cheese and blend on high for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into greased 9 x 11-inch pie plate.
- Serve with fruit topping or Sour Cream Topping.
