Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados (rough skinned; at room temperature)
- 1 ripe medium size tomato, diced at room temperature
- 1 medium size onion, diced (at room temperature)
- fresh lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- tortilla chips (for dipping)
Method
- Peel avocados and discard pit.
- Mash avocados with fork in a bowl.
- Add diced tomato and onion.
- Squeeze most of the juice from the lemon half.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Spoon into serving bowl.
- Get tortilla chips and share immediately; or, grab a spoon, sneak away and indulge right out of the bowl!
