Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans cooked Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (13 3/4 fluid oz.) cans beef or chicken broth (less salt)
- handful uncooked medium egg noodles
Method
- Brown meat and onion; drain.
- Stir meat, onion and remaining ingredients together in large pot.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Makes 8 servings (1 cup each).
