Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
Method
- Crumble cookies into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Dribble melted margarine over cookies.
- Cut ice cream into slices and arrange over cookie crust, pressing down to make a smooth layer.
- Freeze. In double boiler or microwave, heat the margarine with the condensed milk and chocolate syrup until mixture is bubbly.
- Cool thoroughly, then pour over ice cream and return pan to freezer until ready to serve.
