Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 to 3 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 3 to 4 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. large shrimp (unpeeled)
Method
- Melt butter; add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
- Mix well, then add shrimp.
- Leave in marinade for at least 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
- Grill until bright orange, then brush with marinade again.
- Grill 5 additional minutes, then serve hot. Yield:
- 4 servings.
