Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Hot Water
  • 2 packages Single Serving Instant Coffee (Starbucks Via Or Taster's Choice)
  • 3 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Kahlua

Method

  • In a small bowl, mix together the hot water and both packages of single serving instant coffee. Stir until they are completely dissolved. In a larger bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk and sugar. Pour the instant coffee mixture and the Kahlua into the yogurt. Mix everything until is completely combined and chill for one hour. Pour into your ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions for frozen yogurt. Store in the freezer. Enjoy.
  • Makes about 1.5 quarts.
