Ingredients

  • 1 ounce, weight Grilled Salmon
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, Rinsed, Dried, And Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Walnuts
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/4 cups Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 Tablespoon Feta Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Peach Vinegar (red Wine Would Also Work)
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Good Quality Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

  • In a medium size bowl, combine salmon, lettuce, walnuts, red onion, artichoke hearts and feta cheese. Top with vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice, and mix well.
