Ingredients
- 1 ounce, weight Grilled Salmon
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, Rinsed, Dried, And Chopped
- 1/4 cups Walnuts
- 1/4 cups Chopped Red Onion
- 1/4 cups Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 1 Tablespoon Feta Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Peach Vinegar (red Wine Would Also Work)
- 1/2 Tablespoons Good Quality Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
Method
- In a medium size bowl, combine salmon, lettuce, walnuts, red onion, artichoke hearts and feta cheese. Top with vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice, and mix well.
