Ingredients
- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Put in a casserole dish and top with another 1/2 package of stuffing mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
