Ingredients
- 2 medium baking potatoes, sliced
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. low-fat soy sauce
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. butter
- dash of seasoning salt
- dash of lemon pepper
Method
- Heat up the grill.
- Place all ingredients on a large piece of heavy-duty foil.
- Fold it shut so nothing will escape, especially the juices.
- Place on the grill.
- Cook for about 20 minutes.
- You will have the most wonderful tasting veggie plate ever.
- Serve with grilled burgers or sirloin steak.
