Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Method
- Add all ingredients together and store in refrigerator until just before serving, then pour ginger dressing and toss.
- Serves 4. Preparation time:
- about 45 minutes.
