Ingredients

- 16 each 6-inch submarine rolls, split, toasted
- 16 each bratwursts, grilled
- 2 cups thinly sliced red onions, grilled

Method
- Combine first 2 ingredients; set aside.
- Fill each roll with 1 bratwurst, 2 Tbsp.
