Ingredients
- 1/2 brick of soft tofu
- 1/2 carton of yogurt aka 16 oz
- 2 boxes of jello. Lemon and orange are my fave.
- Marco Polo Sour Cherry syrup is a nice optional topping.
Method
- Put the two jello powders in a bowl and add the least amount of boiling water you can to dissolve them.
- Then add an ice cube or two to cool them back to room temp.
- Put the tofu and yogurt in a blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Add the melted, cooled jello.
- Pour into your fave mold.
- Dont be afraid to use Pam and wipe it out if you have a fancy mold.
- Chill, decant, slice and eat.
- Marco Polo Sour Cherry syrup is a nice optional topping.
