Ingredients

  • 1/2 brick of soft tofu
  • 1/2 carton of yogurt aka 16 oz
  • 2 boxes of jello. Lemon and orange are my fave.
  • Marco Polo Sour Cherry syrup is a nice optional topping.

Method

  • Put the two jello powders in a bowl and add the least amount of boiling water you can to dissolve them.
  • Then add an ice cube or two to cool them back to room temp.
  • Put the tofu and yogurt in a blender.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Add the melted, cooled jello.
  • Pour into your fave mold.
  • Dont be afraid to use Pam and wipe it out if you have a fancy mold.
  • Chill, decant, slice and eat.
  • Marco Polo Sour Cherry syrup is a nice optional topping.
