Ingredients
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 16 filo dough sheets (room temperature)
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- In a large skillet, saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine until tender.
- Stir in spinach.
- Remove from heat.
