Ingredients
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. round steak
- flour
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Method
- Salt and pepper steak.
- Coat with flour on both sides.
- Brown steak on both sides.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Mix soup with milk and pour over steak.
- Sprinkle sliced mushrooms over steak.
- Cover casserole dish.
- Bake at 300° for two hours.
