Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. fruit juice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Put sauce on roasting chicken, pork or beef roast or pork chops.
- Makes excellent barbecue sandwiches with roast pork or beef.
- Can be doubled or tripled easily.
- Freezes well.
