Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 large green pepper
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Method
- Cook rice.
- Add milk, egg, Cheddar cheese and green pepper. Mince parsley and garlic.
- Mix thoroughly; put in baking dish. Pour salad oil all over and bake 1 hour at 350°.
