Ingredients
- 1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
- 1/3 C butter, room temp.
- 2 lg. eggs, divided
- 29 oz. can peach slices
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Spray a 13 x 9 cake pan.
- Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 C. crumbs for the top. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.
- Cut peach slices into 1 inch pieces. (Use fresh, frozen or canned)
- Spoon into partially cooked crust. Mix cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar, vanilla and remaining crumbs. Pour over top. Bake as cake mix directions.
