- 1 1/2 cups pork, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, crushed
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) can peas
- 1 (5 ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 dash white pepper
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 cup water
Method
- Stir fry pork in oil.
- Add onions, ginger and garlic.
- Add rest of vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Mix cornstarch and soy sauce into water; pour into pan; cook until thick.
