Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pork, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, crushed
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can peas
  • 1 (5 ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup water

Method

  • Stir fry pork in oil.
  • Add onions, ginger and garlic.
  • Add rest of vegetables.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix cornstarch and soy sauce into water; pour into pan; cook until thick.
