Ingredients
- 24 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 lb. Virginia crab meat
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl.
- Mix well.
- Break crab meat into chunks.
- Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Heat mixture in double boiler until heated through.
- Spoon into chafing dish. Serve with melba toast.
