Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • onion
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 pkg. green onion powdered chip mix
  • 1 small can chopped green chili peppers
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. sauted corn tortillas

Method

  • Brown the ground beef and onion in skillet. Mix separately the cheese, milk, chip mix, chili peppers, pimento and chicken soup. Layer the tortillas on the bottom of 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Add mixture, then meat. Top with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350° until bubbly hot.
