Ingredients
- 2 loaves round pumpernickel or rye
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 2 tsp. fresh minced onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients except bread.
- Cut circle in top of one loaf of bread; hollow it out.
- Put filling inside.
- Cut remaining loaf into cubes.
- Serve with small knife.
