Ingredients
- 1 chicken, stewed and boned (save broth)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Prepare dressing and butter (melted) and enough broth to moisten.
- Place 3/4 of dressing in baking dish.
- Top with chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and 1 cup chicken broth.
- Pour over dressing.
- Top with rest of dressing.
- Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
