Ingredients
- 1 c. rice, cooked with salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/8 c. milk
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 small can green chiles
Method
- Mix rice and sour cream.
- Remove seeds and veins from chiles and chop (chile peppers in small can).
- In casserole put a layer of rice mixture, then a layer of chiles and next a layer of cheese. Alternate layers, ending up with cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° approximately 30 minutes.
