Ingredients
- 2 c. hot tap water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 yeast (2 level tsp.)
- flour
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Place water in mixing bowl.
- Beat eggs; mix into water with sugar and oil.
- Beat with whip.
- Add yeast and stir.
- Add enough flour to make a sponge and beat really good.
- Add salt and enough flour to make it ready to knead (not too hard).
- Let raise once. Knead down and let raise again, then make rolls.
- Let them get real light before baking.
- Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes or until done.
