Ingredients

  • 2 c. hot tap water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 yeast (2 level tsp.)
  • flour
  • 2 tsp. salt

Method

  • Place water in mixing bowl.
  • Beat eggs; mix into water with sugar and oil.
  • Beat with whip.
  • Add yeast and stir.
  • Add enough flour to make a sponge and beat really good.
  • Add salt and enough flour to make it ready to knead (not too hard).
  • Let raise once. Knead down and let raise again, then make rolls.
  • Let them get real light before baking.
  • Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes or until done.
