Ingredients
- 1 lb. cut green beans
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. minced onions
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- red pepper to taste
Method
- Cut beans into thin slices.
- Cook beans, covered in 1/2-inch boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain.
- Or use a 16 ounce can cut green beans, drained.
