Ingredients
- 1 lb. mixed candied fruit
- 1/2 c. flour (plain)
- pinch of salt
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
- 2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
- 1 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
Method
- Mix fruit in flour to coat.
- Add salt, coconut and pecans. Add Eagle Brand; mix well.
- Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 275° for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Store in airtight container about 5 days before serving.
- Makes 4 dozen.
