- 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- paprika
Method
- Heat beans and 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
- Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
- Cover and cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Drain.
