Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 pkg. green bean stir fry
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. prepared stir fry sauce
  • or Homemade Mustard Sauce:
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Method

  • In a wok, stir fry chicken in the oil until fully cooked.
  • Add green bean stir fry and water, cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Add prepared stir fry sauce or the homemade mustard sauce:
  • Dissolve bouillon in water and blend in remaining ingredients.
  • After adding either sauce heat through.
  • Makes 3 to 4 servings.
