Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust, baked
  • 1/4 c. peanuts, finely chopped

Method

  • In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, then fold in Cool Whip.
  • Pour into pie shell. Drizzle chocolate over top. Cut across the lines with a sharp knife to make a grid. Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight.
  • Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before you are ready to serve.
