Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. cheese (grated)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 4 c. cooked greenbeans drained
  • 1/2 c. buttered crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook until thick. Add Worcestershire sauce, soup, cheese, and pimento stirring well. Put greenbeans in casserole dish and cover with soup mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake in a 350° oven for 20-25 minutes.
