Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, cut in cubes
- 1 can ripe olives (medium-size), drained
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. Feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
