Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1 tsp. tenderizer
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 envelope (1 oz.) onion gravy mix
- 1/3 c. butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 475°.
- Sprinkle steak with tenderizer; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and garlic.
- Place gravy mix and slices of butter on top of steak; wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 375° and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
