Ingredients
- 1 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 1 lb. can white beans (Great Northern) or 1 c. dry beans, presoaked
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. ham, cubed
Method
- Simmer together until vegetables are well done.
- Test for salt.
- Increase ingredients as desired for larger quantities.
