- 1 chocolate graham cracker crust
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 c. chocolate syrup
- 2 tsp. chocolate syrup
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
- 2 tsp. creme de menthe
Method
- Soften ice cream at room temperature for 10 minutes or until you can spoon spread in pie crust.
- Score top with fork and pour 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup over top.
- Freeze overnight.
- Beat heavy cream with the 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons creme de menthe.
- Pile on top.
- Drizzle remaining 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup and 2 teaspoons creme de menthe on top.
- Enjoy!
