Ingredients
- 1 whole Grapefruit (red Preferred)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar In The Raw (turbinado Sugar)
Method
- 1. Segment the grapefruit.
- 2. Pat grapefruit segments with a kitchen or paper towel.
- 3. Place segments in a ceramic ramekin.
- 4. Spread sugar evening over the segments.
- 5. Brulee the sugar with a kitchen torch until melted and pieces of grapefruit have charred slightly.
- 6. Serve!
