Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 lb. spring macaroni
- 6 slices Provolone cheese
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 large jar Ragu sauce
Method
- Brown ground meat.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain macaroni; add ground meat and Ragu sauce.
- Put 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with sour cream.
- Place Provolone cheese slices next; put remaining macaroni mixture next and top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in 300° oven for 1/2 hour.
