Ingredients
- 8 c. small squash, sliced
- 2 c. onions, sliced
- 2 large bell peppers, sliced
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Soak first 3 ingredients for 2 hours in ice water and 3/4 cup salt.
- Mix vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and celery seed.
- Cook for 3 minutes; place in jar and seal.
