Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. celery
- 1 carrot
- salt
- pepper
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can skim milk
Method
- Brown and drain beef.
- Add bouillon, celery, carrot and onion. Cook until tender.
- Add soup and milk.
- Cook noodles and drain. Add to beef mixture.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
