Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packages cheese filled tortillini
  • 1 can cream style corn

Method

  • Brown chicken breast and cook through
  • Add chicken stock and simmer 20 minutes to tenderize chicken
  • Remove chicken breast add water to boiling stirring to get the drippings into the broth
  • When boiling add tortellini and simmer 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through
  • Meanwhile cut chicken into small bite size pieces
  • Add chicken to pot stir in cream of chicken soup and cream style corn
  • Heat through.
  • And serve with warm rolls
  • Optional add can of chopped green chiles for spice
  • Taste before adding salt
