Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
Method
- Cream butter gradually; add sugar.
- Then add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamy mixture. Place 1 tablespoonful of mixture per a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for about 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
