Ingredients
- leftover meats (pork, beef or ham)
- 1 large onion
- 1 qt. water
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- salt and pepper
- 2 or 3 raw, finely diced carrots
- 2 finely diced white potatoes
- bit of cornstarch
Method
- Cube
- meat and brown
- along
- with
- onion.
- Add
- water, ketchup, salt and pepper.
- Add carrots. Cook about 30 minutes. Add potatoes
- and a bit of cornstarch; cook until all vegetables
- are tender and a thick consistency has been established. Cut a thin crust for top and bake until crust is done.
