Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. and 1 tbsp. Mazola oil
- 5 tbsp. lowfat milk
Method
- Put flour in bowl.
- Make a little nest in flour and add in oil, lowfat milk and salt.
- Take a fork and mix well.
- Take two pcs of waxed paper 12 or possibly 13 inches long - put pastry on one - cover with the other.
- Roll to desired size.
- Take 1 paper off, put crust on outside of pan, trim and bake in 425 degree oven till well done.
- If using for a fruit pie, place crust on inside of pan.
